Consists of a 2 hour session per week for a continuous 4 week program. It is recommended that the series be taken from the onset with the Introduction To Yoga session, though not mandatory, and can loop around to the following series if need be.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-Registration is required, and can be done up to one week prior to the beginning of the series. Admittance within the week series is due to begin will be determined on a case by case basis.
